Privacy Policy - revised 9/17/05

It’s necessary for us to keep some customer information in order to process orders and returns accurately. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except when we have your consent to do so, as necessary to complete a transaction you have requested, when required by law, or when permitted to protect our rights or property. In other words, we’ll disclose customer information as close to “never” as we can reasonably promise.

If you choose to tell us, we’ll store the make, model, year, and color of your ride, along with anything else you might want us to know. We will use this information in exactly two ways: to help you specifically in the fit and look of graphics to your bike, and to help us statistically choose colors and styles in the future. It’s your means of casting a vote with us if you like.

We require an e-mail address for ordering, but you will NOT automatically be put on our mailing list. You will only receive announcements if you explicitly tell us you want it. You can cancel at any time by sending e-mail to cancel@motoglyphs.com. (Please put “cancel” in the subject line.)

From time to time, we may update our Privacy Policy. We will post those changes on this page so that our customers will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share the information with others.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We visually inspect each individual graphic, and are hell-bent on getting the product in your hands promptly, accurately and intact. If for any reason this doesn’t happen, contact us!

Order Filled Incorrectly?
If we shipped you the wrong thing, and you’ve kept it in resellable condition, then you may return it for exchange within thirty 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product Defective?
If the product we shipped you was defective due to our error, we will accept the product for exchange within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damage or loss by a third party during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Don’t Like It?
We do our very best with the website to show you how the product will fit and look before you buy. If for any reason the product still does not meet your expectations please contact us to tell us why. But sorry, we do not give refunds or exchanges for this.
